After establishing ourselves as a respected and well-known gastronomic destination, we realized that Esempio needed to evolve with the times, with sustainability at the heart of everything we do. This led to the creation of our new Aperitif bar.
We offer delicious breakfasts made with local, fresh, and seasonal ingredients. Light and simple snacks and bar bites perfectly complement our amazing local wines, most of which are crafted from rare Croatian grape varieties that cannot easily be found outside of Croatia. In addition, local soft drinks, craft beers, spirits, and classic beloved cocktails make our bar a must-visit spot on the island.
